This meeting will incorporate the fourth annual Alphapharm Specialist Heart Failure Nurses Conference and be linked to the 4th Asian Pacific Congress of Heart Failure Conference (APHFC) in Melbourne.The meeting was held on Thursday 31st January and Friday 1st February 2008.
