Membership Info
Membership to the ACNC is open to any nurse (or health care worker i.e pharmacists, physiotherapists) who has a major interest or role in caring for patients with cardiovascular disease.
Membership is A$100 p.a. February-February.
Membership for Nursing students and Aboriginal health workers is A$50.00 p.a.
To apply for membership click on the membership form page, at present on-line credit card payment is not available, however you can pay by direct debit.
Payment option one: Pay by direct debit (account details as below), complete and submit on-line membership form ensuring that you include the receipt number of your direct debit transaction in the special interest feild at the bottom of the membership form. A receipt will then be forwarded to you.

Payment option two: Complete and submit the on-line membership form. An invoice will be mailed to you, upon receipt of this you post your cheque, money order or credit card details to the ACNC.
